A key part of
Enrichment and the Students’ Union is maintaining effective
communication with students and staff to inform them of various
recreational and extra curricular activities that are taking place at
the College. The City of Westminster College has five busy Centres
accommodating over 7,000 students, in the past we have relied on
communicating with students and staff by email, leaflets, letters
and phone calls. On occasions when text messages were sent this
would be done manually by an individual on the department’s mobile
phone, which proved to be very time consuming.
Since installing the texting system
contacting students and staff has been improved
