How Does It WorkThe Alltext Texting System is free texting software that has been developed inhouse.
· You install the software from this website, onto your computer and it comes with a database for all your client information .
· The software allows you to put your clients into groups, for example, a Night Club that does themed evenings can create groups named RnB, Hip Hop, Old Skool, Soul, Reggae and so on. When the Night Club is ready to contact the Soul group, it would type 1 text message, select the Soul group and a text message will be sent to everyone in that Group. If this group had say, 1000 people, all 1000 would receive a text message .
Below is an example of the screen for sending Text
Messages. Send SMS Text Messages by Category
To send a SMS Text message by Category, click on the Select Category dropdown box. Select the Category required as indicated below and click on the Choose Category button and a list will be generated with the clients in the requested Category as indicated in Figure 1 will be displayed. Click on the Select All button if all the clients are required. Select Company Name or Mobile Number, type in your message and then click on the OK button.
